HLTH 2022 Speaker Submission FAQs- Please review before submitting.

Speaker Submission Deadline: July 1st, 2022 at 8pm EST. *There will be no extensions

Rolling Basis: We accept applications on a rolling basis from the time submissions open. We recommend that you apply early. *Your chances of being selected will decrease significantly if you apply closer to the deadline.

Submission Guidelines:

• Limit to 1 submission per Executive. We will only review the first submission if you apply more than once. If our team thinks another session format may work better, we will reach out to you directly.

• Please do not submit full panels within the body of questions. We build our panels internally and will select all co-panelists directly.

• C-suite Executives or Heads of large divisions strongly preferred.

• Diversity is encouraged!!

• Applicants must select 1 session format below to apply. If our team thinks another format may work best, we will reach out.

• We are not pay-to-play. We do not pay honorariums to speakers and do not accept sponsorship dollars for a speaking role.

• While we do not cover travel & accommodations for speakers, we will have a dedicated speaker hotel room block and will provide a complimentary pass to attend the event.

Receiving a Response:

We receive a few thousand speaker submissions per event and our small team reviews each and every one of them. We aim to respond to all submissions within 4 weeks of applying, however we appreciate your patience if it takes longer. We will respond to everyone. If you are waiting on our response before registering to attend, we recommend that you move forward with registering asap. If selected, we will refund or transfer your ticket to a colleague.

Cancellations:

We take confirmations seriously. If a confirmed speaker cancels at the last minute, we unfortunately will not be able to work with that individual for future events. We do understand emergencies happen and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

Open Concept:

HLTH 2022 will be a completely reimagined event experience. All sessions at HLTH will take place within one open, interactive floor plan, putting the content right in the heart of the action. All stages will be open to the room, each with a beautiful design, making attending a session an immersive, unforgettable experience.

Themes:

Unlike our past events, we will not theme our tracks by topic, but instead each stage will be themed by the format of the session i.e. panels, presentations, debates, etc. We will cover a diverse set of topics across all stages. Below are a few umbrella themes that we plan to look for in the submissions. Feel free to suggest a topic not included in this list or combine several themes in your submission.
