HLTH Onsite

Covid-19 Precautions

HLTH 2021 will require all attendees, exhibitors and HLTH staff to provide proof they are fully VACCINATED.

HLTH will be implementing a series of protocols and onsite precautions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. HLTH is working in accordance with the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and local public health officials to ensure the safety of all attendees.

All in-person attendees* must provide proof of vaccination. We've partnered with CLEAR to make this easy - simply download the free CLEAR app and follow the instructions below:

  1. Tap on the white Health Pass tile and find HLTH 2021 in the Events section.

  2. Follow prompts to confirm your proof of vaccination.

  3. You will be able to securely upload your CDC card, scan a SMART QR code, or link to a health provider. (International guests will be able to present credentials onsite)

* Non-U.S.-based attendees - the CLEAR Health Pass will not work with your vaccine documents. Please bring your vaccination card (paper/digital) for a manual review onsite.

For more details on the CLEAR process, see here.

All attendees will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test to pick up your badge and gain access to HLTH. This can be accomplished in one of two ways:

OPTION 1: Test before you arrive (save time onsite!)
Take a PCR or NAAT (rapid molecular) test within 72 hours of picking up your badge at a CLEAR preferred testing provider. Your results can be easily linked to Health Pass within the free CLEAR app. If you prefer to go to an outside provider, no worries, you will be able to show email/paper proof of your results to gain entry at a help desk at registration.

Save time onsite by taking a test before you arrive.

OPTION 2: Test onsite upon arrival
Can't get tested ahead of time? We got you covered! HLTH will have a designated testing area at the entrance of the event venue providing rapid antigen tests for all attendees who need it before picking up your badge. HLTH will incur all associated costs and is partnering with Impact Heath to administer testing. There will be ample staff to ensure a smooth and fast process for all attendees - but please expect to wait 15-25 minutes for your results.

Testing will be open within the following times at the convention center (BCEC):

- Saturday, October 16th: 10am-6pm (North Lobby)

- Sunday, October 17th: 7:30am-6pm (North Lobby & Southeast Lobby)

- Monday, October 18th: 7am-6pm (North Lobby & Southeast Lobby)

- Tuesday, October 19th: 8am-12pm

Additionally, optional testing will be available at no cost* for those who want to test at any time throughout the event. See more details here.

*You must have an active health insurance policy in the United States to receive free onsite services. Attendees without an active, U.S.-based health insurance policy who are interested in receiving onsite services will incur a $100 fee.

In accordance with the mask mandate for all indoor public spaces in Boston, all attendees & staff will be required to wear a mask while indoors at HLTH, except while eating or drinking.

Look forward to seeing everyone soon! Email us at info@hlth.com with any questions. For more detailed information, see below.
